Our 50-hour yoga anatomy training will focus on delving into the body's anatomy, injuries and functions. You will be presented with holistic knowledge within therapeutic yoga. The teaching is provided by our skilled authorized physiotherapist and yoga teacher Sofia. Here you will gain knowledge and understanding of the body's anatomy as well as when to activate and relax the different muscles and fascialines in your physical asana practice. We will delve deeper into injury mechanisms and diseases of the body, as well as how we individually take the individual into account. We will do some practice in relation to adjustment and alignment, where you are allowed to adjust manually and verbally.
Based on the dilemma that the majority of Danes suffer from back and neck pain, you will receive instruction in physiotherapeutic yoga, which is designed to strengthen the weak areas of the body, as well as stretch and mobilize the more tense and immobile areas. Physiotherapy yoga works with the various fascialines and kinetic chains.
The days always begin with a guided functional anatomy/yoga practice that mentally prepares you for a day filled with learning!

Nanna er uddannet psykolog, og tilbyder individuel terapi til voksne.
Hendes mål er at skabe et trygt og støttende rum, hvor du kan udforske og arbejde med de
udfordringer du står i. Nannas udgangspunkt er, at det aldrig er dig, der er noget galt med,
selvom det kan føles sådan; du er allerede lige præcis som du skal være og det vil hun
hjælpe dig med at (gen)opdage.
Nanna har igennem privat praksis og arbejde i Falck Healthcare, erfaring med en bred vifte af
problematikker såsom stress, angst, lavt selvværd, perfektionisme, relationelle udfordringer, sorg, livskriser og arbejdsrelaterede udfordringer som dårligt arbejdsmiljø, konflikter og mobning.
Nannas tilgang er baseret på compassion og mindfulness, som begge er metoder, der har
rødder i Østens yoga og Buddhisme. I compassion har man særligt fokus på at udvikle
venlighed og medfølelse overfor sig selv, hvilket kan have stor indflydelse på vores mentale
sundhed og livskvalitet. I mindfulness træner man, at være mere nærværende og acceptere,
hvad der opstår, for at finde større ro og balance. Gennem disse metoder, arbejder I sammen på at skabe en forståelse for dine tanker, følelser, handlemønstre og udvikle redskaber til at håndtere dem på en ny, omsorgsfuld måde.
Overordnet tror Nanna på, at en holistisk tilgang til din sundhed er vigtig og derfor tager hun
højde for flere aspekter af dit velvære. For at kunne tilbyde flere holistiske perspektiver og
interventioner, påbegynder hun desuden uddannelse til terapeutisk yogalærer i vinter 2024.
Hun påtænker herefter at kunne tilbyde yogaterapeutiske sessioner.
